I was tasked with planning and executing website redesign for the relaunch of “Restaurant Technology Magazine”. We rebranded on a new domain as “RMagazine”. I carried out the transition to a new layout (theme), created all social accounts and social marketing collateral ,designed a temporary logo (which the site still uses), as well as implemented a number of other features for driving conversion (Sendy integration, pop-ups, notification bars, etc.).
Working with a team of content coordinators, site launched 25+ articles/white papers/ebooks a week. Wrote and scheduled social media promotional posts for each daily piece of content.
Working with both in-house and remote development team members, built and implemented a content gating system, as well as an in-house CRM and lead tracking system.
